The ILEA UK Mentoring Scheme is the answer.
Industry figures from our leadership team, and from our membership, have offered to act as ILEA mentors and are providing support and guidance to those who need it. To get involved, all you need to do is let us know the following information:
– Who you are
– What you currently do
– What your career goals are
– What type of person you would like to be matched with
– What you hope to get out of the mentoring scheme
We will then pair you with one of our mentors and make the introduction, after that it is up to you and your mentor to decide how communication works best between you (phone, in person, Skype etc.), and to focus on meeting your goals.
All of our mentors are ILEA members and have a wealth of experience, which we are confident will enable not only professional but personal development too.
